Today I got to catch up with a very lovely couple and they are expecting their first baby. What an exciting time for them. You may remember a while back I made them a little dachshund coat for their doggy baby. (Which I have been informed the dog loved terribly by eating it. Ahh well at least he had fun 🙂 ). Well what a better baby gift than the babies very own baby dachshund, in pretty colours that the mummy to be kindly informed me the nursery would be. Well I got to get back to the hook lots more orders to do and another rainbow blanket currently being worked on slowly but steadily.

I came across the picture of the crochet dachshund. It’s absolutely adorable!!! My friend (who has 4 dogs) is expecting her 1st as well and I would love to make this for her. The nursery is dachshund themed so this would be perfect. Do you have the instructions by any chance?
